We are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful and diverse part of Alberta. Nestled under the Rocky Mountains adjacent to Waterton International Park, Jenkins Ranche is located in one of the most interesting areas to visit within our province.
Located along the Waterton River we are home to World Class Brown Trout, Grizzley and Black Bears, Cougar, Trophy Elk, Deer and numerous species of birds and plants. There is never a shortage of spectacular views in our neck of the woods !

Waterton International Park - Jenkins Ranche is located right on the border of Waterton Park – a perfect place to view spectacular scenery, wildlife and enjoy outstanding recreational opportunities.
Glacier Park & The Going To The Sun Road - Jenkins Ranche is just 2ominutes from Glacier Park and the Chief Mountain Border Crossing (seasonal). If you have never been to Glacier Park in Montana, USA — this is one trip that you simply HAVE to make. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery the Going to The Sun Road takes you over top of the Rocky Mountains on the trip of a life time. Glacier Park is truly one of the great treasures in the United States !
Twin Butte County – No trip to Jenkins Ranche or Waterton Park is complete without a stop at the Twin Butte Country General Store. Located right along Highway 6 they will serve you up with some awesome mexican food, great hospitality and entertainment !

Waterton Wildflower Festival - One of Jen’s favorite things to attend in Waterton Park ! This 9-day event, organized by the Trail of the Great Bear and partners, features more 80 educational courses and events on wildflowers, plants and ecosystems, workshops on photography and art, and evening slide shows and local entertainment.
Activities include: Wildflower Identification, Wildflower Habitat, Wildflowers by Horseback and by Cruise Boat, Photography Workshops, Botanical Watercolours, Afternoon Tea and much more

Our three large, hotel-like guest suites are separate from the residence; each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Big mountain views are seen from every guest window.
